Let get start :


1. Press Start + R
2. Type in : Regedit
3. Double click or expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

4. Double click or expand SYSTEM

5. Double click or expand ControlSet003

6. Click on Control (Don't double click or expand)

7. On the right side double click on WailToKillServviceTimeout

8. Change the value data from 20000 to 5000
