Best way to monetize copyrighted content on YouTube

METHOD 1: 

Crop the video or ZOOM in

Maybe recently you have seen some guys who went viral on Youtube with The Simpsons niche or Family Guy niche and have thousands of views on their videos. And if you asked yourself how are they not getting caught by copyright strikes... well, they just zoom in the video enough so the logo of the TV doesn't appear on the video.Just have a look next time you watch a video like that and you will realize that the video is not like the original one. I have used this method for Football (soccer) highlights. I have zoomed the video to that point where the results at the left side are not appeared anymore and got money from it. Now it's true that sometimes they will somehow block your video but it's worth a try. 

METHOD 2: 

Make the video a lot smaller and drag it to the left side of the screen. On the background put some sparkles or overlays who are copyright free and that take most of the screen.

This is probably the best method I have used recently which got me a lot of money in the past two months. I downloaded a video of comedian Louis CK from Netflix and without touching it I just uploaded directly to Youtube. It gave me copyright strikes and it was blocked worldwide, then I took the video and made it look like this:

2. Play YouTube videos in slow motion

This one might be the new one for many of you.In order to play youtube videos in slow motion, just hold on spacebar button and video will play at much slower rate. 

3. Download audio of the video

Add listen before youtube in the video URL to download audio of video in mp3 format.For example, 

www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXRDo7F9DCc

should looks like

www.listentoyoutube.com/watch?v=zXRDo7F9DCc

4.Seek the video from keyboard

This is one of my favorites.Press the keys 1 to 9 to seek the video to 10%,20%.....90% of total playback duration.So if video playback time is 10 minutes, pressing five will seek the video to 5 minutes. 

5. JKL Combination

Pressing the key J will seek the video to 10 seconds before and pressing L will seek it 10 seconds forward.Pressing the key K will pause it. 

6. Automatically repeat a video

Sometimes we want to watch a video over and over again continuously.Instead of manually replaying it, add repeater after youtube in the url.For instance,

www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXRDo7F9DCc

will become:

www.youtuberepeater.com/watch?v=zXRDo7F9DCc

Note:This will open the video link in an external website.

7. Share only interesting part of the video

It happens many times.The real action in the video that we want to share does not start at the beginning.You just need to add (#t=XXmYYs for XX mins and YY seconds) at the end of the URL and then share the URL. For example , 

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghZ1xiCuyUw#t=1m4s

will make the video start at 1 minute and 4 seconds.Share the new link and the video will start at specified time.

You just need to replace the  /watch?v=  part with  /v/  so that video url looks like     http://www.youtube.com/v/Mz_kn45qIvI .

After making the above mentioned changes, hit enter to go to url and now you can watch the video any restriction.
